I ordered a leather sample which arrived within 3 days, it was exactly what I was looking for. It matched the rest of my bedroom colour scheme perfectly. I decided to phone them just to make sure they were legit and based on the pleasant voice at the end of the telephone I took the plunge, ordered my bed and when it came it was exactly what I had ordered. FANTASTICO!

I'm hacked off! 3 days before I had bought a product up at the Birstall retail park and the same product was 10% cheaper in this store.

We spent all day travelling around Leeds getting fed-up with sales people pouncing on us in store. In this place they left us alone and allowed us shop initially on our own but then made themselves available to help when the going got tough when choosing between certain mattresses. The environment and the approach from the owner of the business in particular convinced us to buy from this family business.

We had a problem with a bed we bought which developed a manufacturing fault, Bedside manor were excellent in that they accepted the nature of the problem, sent a representative from Harrison's to examine the problem and sent us a replacement product. Fantastic service which is very rare in today's world.

Myself and my wife bought a range of wardrobes which we had seen else where at a 30% higher price so they offered us fantastic value. The wardrobes were made in Germany and they told us it would be six weeks until delivery. It was EXACTLY six weeks when 2 guys came and fitted the furniture in our house. They were smart, professional, clean and efficient. We would be delighted to recommend them to anyone.

I found this place after visiting all the big retail parks, its a little bit off the beaten track but they probably have the best selection of products bar none in the area.

The difference between this place and the others we visited is really down to the knowledge of the sales people. They know their product inside out and we incredibly patient. i.e. we spent 3 hours in the store choosing the product which was most appropriate for us and we're delighted to say we made the right choice.
